• Special rice.
• The small space.

“The food it fantastic, the staff if accurate, not friendly. I do not go there for the staff. The egg rolls are the best I have ever had.”

• Don't expect smiles and coddling.

“Excellent food! Menu is great, egg rolls are the best Ive ever had, and the service is fast! They aren't the friendliest of people, but it doesn't really matter because you are served so fast. In and out in a matter of 20 minutes. Love this place.”

• Small place so they cant cook a lot at one time.

• Lunch at times can get really busy.

“I've worked near by for the past nine years and I have been a weekly customer for nine years. I always go for lunch and even though there is always a short wait the food it is always worth it.”

• Egg food young, Moo Shoo pork.
• Crowded on Friday.

“Al Palace is small family run restaurant with excellent Americanized Chinese food like the best Egg Food Yung in Orange County, great big egg rolls, great pan fried chow mien noodles. Other good dishes are the Moo shoo pork.”

• Good priced and servings of lunch combos.
• No dog on the menu =(

“For south orange county and the price of the food, its decent enough. Its near enough to the airport area and UCI as opposed to Sam Woo in Irvine which is Chinese food on a higher level. Hands down better than chop-sticks or oriental kitchen across from UCI. ”
