“Talia has been one of the few restaurants I frequent often. I like the place, the relaxed atmosphere, and the friendly staff. I even got to know the owner who is there often and is always willing to chat. I like the fact that it is a OU certified place in walking distance. I have ordered both deliveries and stayed in the outdoor part and the restaurant, and I still enjoy their rib-eye steak and their burgers. Not to say this place has some of the best French fries I have ever tried.”

“I travel a lot to New York and dine in Upper West restaurants near my regular hotel. I found Talia's Steakhouse to be one of the best spot. The food is great and the service is friendly and professional. I enjoyed the outdoor cafe and the live band. The only problem is that Talia's is closed on Friday night. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this establishment.”

“Don't even think of going here. Not even on a freebie. Between my wife's family and mine, we have well over 100 years in restaurant and food service experience. So, when we go out, we agree not to nit pick or criticize, just enjoy. They have shoulder steak on the menu, a tough and dry cut Ive never seen served in a restaurant unless ground for burgers. I believe we were served shoulder steak with a rib bone next to it. Since it was carved by the staff off the table, this is entirely possible. The outer ring of meat that is the hallmark of the rib cut was totally absent. Think I loosened a crown on it, it was so tough. Tasted like what I would imagine horsemeat tastes like. Many other minuses, too many to relate. Paid our almost $200 bill, went home and had a really nice, rare, burger from sat mar meats in wills.”

“Go with a special s.o. Get a prime rib for two, cut at the table, so you can see all the juice flowing out of that awesomely cooked piece of meat. Supplement it with the tasty mashed potatoes and a glass of wine and you won't be sorry. Of course, what is dinner without dessert? Mixed berries and whipped cream are a classic, but if you want to go the whole 9 yards, get a chocolate soufflé with vanilla ice cream on the side and a gentle garnish of confectioner's sugar. Truly delightful! The dim lightning and the cozy light of the candles on the tables give you a sea of romance to indulge in. Service is at a good level, prompt, even in a full house. It can get a little noisy and sometimes s.o. Might turn the music up way too much, but the fix it up before it gets out of hand. Definitely the place to give your money, if you want big portions and good quality for your money.”

“I am a regular at Talia's Steakhouse because I live around the block and Talia's is one of my favorite restaurants. Recently, Talia created an inexpensive Special Lunch. Yesterday at lunchtime, for the first time in my life, I ate a 9 oz. Bison Burger. It was extremely delicious, tender & cooked to perfection. I chose the French fries and the Beer came with a free Draft refill! I spent $16 and left very full and satisfied.”
