“Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told 45 minutes to 1 hour for delivery, waited 1-1/2 hours to have a pizza and salad delivered to a hotel without utensils. They knew the address of the hotel, the delivery person just said sorry when I questioned if she brought a fork for me. I called to talked to manager at store and he seemed bothered by my call when told him the problem with late delivery and no utensils. I told him the least he could do is act like he cared if the customer was not satisfied and he stated, this is just how I talk, do you want me to send out a fork? I told him not if it would take another hour and he said okay. Would not recommend! I am in sales now but had been in food service for 15 years and would never tolerate treating a customer that way!”

• Can't do carryout after midnight.

“First, it's all carryout and delivery, so if you're eating wise guys you're after the food. Which is good frankly, because wise guys are the best cheap pizza I¿ve ever eaten? The pizza is filling, always delivered hot, and the type of pie you'd expect to pay quite a bit more for. While Shakespeare¿s is obviously the Cadillac of Columbia pizzas, wise guys is the second best in town - and their liberal delivery area and late hours are huge pluses! Wise guys are great!”
