• Gourmet food at reasonable prices.
• Wait-staff is not always knowledgeable, but the food makes up for it.

“This restaurant is a hidden gem! Gourmet food at reasonable prices. I live in Boise and drive 30-40 minutes to take guests to copper canyon restaurant in Nampa. It's that good! I love their fresh salmon and halibut dishes, always done to perfection. The shrimp scampi is excellent, too. Meat-lover friends tell me the steaks are top notch. Start with appetizers, and finish with dessert. Youll love it all.”
