  • The service, the pizza.
  • Uninteresting beer selection.

“Domenick's was recently recommended to me, but the previous reviews raised doubts. I went anyway and am happy to report that the service was very fast and attentive, so perhaps the owners did take notice. It is half dining area, half bar, an open layout that is pleasant. The food, once extolled, is fine, but my partner observed that it is all the sort of food that comes frozen. So if you want home-cooking, this is probably not your place. But the prices are very good, everything seems fine and competent, and I must say I very much enjoyed the pizza, it's a cut above expectations. I'll go again.”

  • Food was okay for the price.
  • Everything else was absolutely terrible. Owner should be ashamed of what it's become.

“Went there recently and had a terrible experience. Walked in to get a bite to eat and a drink or two. Wasn't very crowded just about 5 to 6 people on each side of the bar and only 4 tables seated. Got a table, took over 20 minutes for anyone to notice us. The service was terrible. The young bimbo waitresses are too interested in hanging out with the bouncers and talking amongst themselves then waiting on people and earning a tip. when we did get service, it was like they didn't want to be bothered. Forgot the bring silverware to the table once we had our food, took forever to get the silverware once we mentioned it, and don't' ask for ketchup. You'll never get it. Terrible service. Won't be going there again. I am not happy at all with the entire experience, left a bad taste in my mouth. For the price and a quick decent bite while on the run, this would be the place to go. Not anymore.”

  • Clean, new, affordable, local, handles large groups.
  • All new inexperienced employees, so-so food.

“I've been going to Dominic's since it changed from the Woodshed. It has always been the best place to go for value and atmosphere, whether you went with a friend or took your family. The place has just gone through a major renovation. The place looks great. My wife and I visited it recently and we might not go again. It seems that every employee is new and inexperienced. If you plan on going here, drink something before you go. You'll be waiting for your drink order because it has to go through multiple phases of production (customer drink request, waitress writes request, waitress waits in line to type in order on lone computer screen, order transfers to bar for bartenders to fill, wait, then delivery) before it appears at your table. The once "unbeatable" buffalo wings were losers. The former serving of Buffalo-Wings were made from chicken. The newer version must make use of a smaller bird. If I were a pigeon, I wouldn't fly near Dom's. If you order a sandwich with fries, you're in luck. These are good. In fact, all seven of the fries were good. I ordered an Italian Hoagie with hot pepper's) on the side. After being served and noticing a few items were missing (silverware, French fries, hot peppers and ketchup), the waitress was summoned to address them. The hot pepper's) on the side ended up being (1) one "long hot pepper". These peppers must be grown in some remote place in South America. Each one will put you back $0.75. At some point in time while we were sitting at our table, a pitcher of beer went from $8 to $8.50. Maybe the ambiance changed without me noticing. Sometimes, complete change is not good. We will probably give them some leeway and try at a later date. Others might not.”
