“Worst service we have ever had. Started with drinks in the bar during happy hour. We could not get waited on so we went to the bar and served ourselves. When we went for our 7:30 reservation, the waiter only came after we requested some one take our order. When we asked for a substitution to the menu item the waiter was rude and later yelled at me when I made a comment to a friend seated next to me. Our party of five got up and left with out ever eating.”

“Waitress with the personality of a dead house plant. If there was an Ice Skating Rink, I could have used my steak for a Hockey Puck. The Restrooms strong resemblance to that of a Train Station 3.”

“I requested a table by the window to enjoy the advertised view. I was seated at the bar supposedly until my table was ready. Though seating became available, I was required to eat my meal at the bar. It was very noisy with three TVs, staff slinging plates, one staff spent company time talking loudly on her cell phone in a confined area. Though I complained, the staff at the cash register said, "There is nothing that I can do.¿ I had to pay a mandated 15 % gratuity though I received NO service. The staff put the plate in front of me and that was it. With a lot of effort I got one staff's attention that reluctantly brought me bread. I took the shrimp to my cat. Usually I can pull the shrimp apart into bite size pieces. The shrimp was so overcooked that I had to cut it with a knife. Even the cat refused to eat it. Shrimp is his favorite food. I am reporting this incident tot all tourist agencies and restaurant regulatory boards. The Kingfisher is also guilty of false advertising. A mandated 15 % gratuity reinforces negative behavior. Alt least the staff is consistent in poor service and poor attitude. The philosophy of this restaurant is ¿Too bad for tourists. Not to worry. They will go home.
