• Location.
• Dirty.

“The floor and tables are dirty and the wait staff is rude. The food is under cooked, the suites upstairs are smoked in and dirty. It is a awful place.”

• Its on the lake and is a great family place.
• Nothing.

“Every year I and my family go to the Black Frog for my sisters birthday. We're always satisfied. This isn't the place to go if you want the best food ever. But if you want to have a nice time and enjoy your self its the place to go. The people there are always nice and the service is pretty good. So yeah its a pretty great place to go if you ask me.”

• The service was horrible and the food was sub-par.

“This place was horrible. They had no butter for my seafood; the cocktail sauce they brought out in its place was like jelly. They had 1 girl working a full dining room. We waited 10 minutes at the hotel stand before we even got greeted. Finally I spoke up to the bartender "Do we seat ourselves or what?" finally we got seated. The food was ok but the service was horrible. The bad thing is they busted on every other restaurant in the area like they were better right in the menu, but they stunk, as did all the other food in the area. Do yourself a favor and Visit Spring Creek Bar-B-Q in Monsoon. That was the best meal I had all week!”

“This had to be the worst dining experience I have ever had! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger medium rare with fries and my mother got a ham club. I received a charcoal hockey puck with cold stale fries and my mothers club was indescribable! They offered to get me a fresh burger but I refused for fear of the cook spitting on it! Got no apologies from anyone but we did get some dirty looks like it was our fault! Do yourself a favor and don¿t spend your money here there are too many extremely better restaurants to close by to bother. I knew I should have stopped at McDonalds at least they smile and thank you for coming!”
