• Great Mexican cuisine and reasonable prices!
• A bit of a drive from Tucson if you're already hungry. .

“This is one of those hidden gems for great Mexican food. I can't drive through mammoth without stopping in for one of their enchiladas or Chile Rellenos. You won't find fancy decor here but you'll find very reasonable prices (worth the trade-off) and an excellent meal you won't be disappointed with. I've been returning since 1983 when I discovered this wonderful family owned jewel. I'm almost afraid to share my little secret, but this place is too good to keep to myself.”

• Cheese crisps, tostadas, friendly staff, family owned, great view, decent prices, did I mention the cheese crisp?
• Noisy when busy, closes for a period usually in August to do detailed cleaning and family vacation.

“A delicious family owned restaurant overlooking the San Pedro Valley. Prices are good and food is excellent. The cheese crisps are the best anywhere! I would recommend the #9 combination as a delicious and filling plate. (Taco, tostada and burro). Can get a little loud when the place is hopping, but the food is worth it all. I've eaten there since it came to be back in the 1970's.”
