• Nice atmosphere. Great bar at Riffs. Great appetizer.
• Bad managerial skills. She could take a lesson from Danny Wegman on customer service. I'll never go back. I'll pass on the word, too.

“After spending $50 at the bar on appetizers and wine, waiting for our table over an hour, we ordered 2 appetizers more and 2 10 inch pizzas. Upon receiving the bill, we noticed an extra $4. We were told that it was a sharing fee that was disclosed in the menu. We never noticed this and our waitress never mentioned it. When we complained to the manager, she actually started raising her voice to us. I asked if we had ordered the 2 appetizers, that were more expensive than the entrees.”
