• We like gravy and biscuit if it has pieces of sausage in it.
• Gravy and biscuits have not had any sausage in it but found piece of toothpick instead.

“This a.m. we ate gravy and biscuit for breakfast. My husband found a piece of a toothpick in his and carried it to the young man at the counter. He just threw it away and went on about his business. We will not go back. The gravy has not had any sausage pieces the past two times we ate there. We are finished with Hardees. Nobody seems to care about the service anymore.”
