  • Super fresh and delicious food. This is what happens when the windward lures a chef.
  • They have a slower island pace of life.

“I was sorry to hear people didn't get Aloha here as it is my favorite place to eat. I eat here every week and have always had excellent service, great food, and left very happy. I am guessing someone got them on a very rare off night. I love Pah Kes. Its the best Chinese on island. Thank God it's down the street.”

  • The food is freshly cooked and the best we've found.
  • Food takes a little longer but well worth the wait.

“We stumbled on to this gem in Kaneohe. It's a family run restaurant and the food is the best Chinese we've tasted. It's very fresh because it's made when you order and doesn't sit around being reheated all day. The seafood fried rice is to die for. The Flounder and Schezwan sizzling mixed seafood grill are wonderful. We haven't had a bad meal there, and we go very often.”

  • Good food.
  • Terrible service.

“The service is terrible! We went to pahke's for my mom's birthday. Our reservation was for 6 pm. My parents went there at 5:30 pm to pre-order. We didn't get our food until after 7 pm. The table next to us came in after us and was almost done with their meal before we received our first course. About 7 pm, I went to the cashier to ask what the delay may be and got a sassy answer from her. When I turned around, she had the nerve to make a face at me and my sister-in-law saw it! There was no apology.”
