• Great family restaurant and a menu for the kids!
• Nothing negative to say!

“My husband and I have been going to El Chaparral for 18 years now. Never had a bad experience, the staff always friendly! You may have to wait for a table, not because of slow service, but because this place is so popular and you know you will be eating the best in Mexican food! Love it when the owner comes to your table to check on the service and just to say hello and welcome!”

• Terrible customer relations.

“We were there as a group. Service was not that great. Food was dry, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time. The staff charged our credit card for drinks from other patrons 5 of which were not part of our group (they ordered five $7.00 drinks). They lost us as a customer for life over a $35.00 mistake on their part.”
