• Excellent lunch sushi buffet - good selection, great quality
• Hot food buffet - mediocre quality, little selection

“Sato is a great bargain for lunch sushi. They always have 10 - 12 different rolls, and will custom make a specialty roll by request. The atmosphere is pleasant, not overdone, and the service is always excellent. The salad bar is nice, but the hot buffet is generally lacking.”
