“I drove from Missoula to meet some friends and take my 1 year old daughter swimming. I came entirely prepared, swimming diapers, baby sunscreen, baby floater. Everything a parent could need to spend some time in the water with her little one. Of course I brought all of her stuff! It didn't even dawn on me that this so-called family establishment wouldn't allow children under 3 to swim! Parents beware! Do not spend money at this dive. They are not in the business of providing good wholesome fun to families. In fact, their pools were full of obnoxious drunk women. Talk about a liability! We had 8 PM dinner reservations so at quarter to we headed into the restaurant. First of all, it took us forever to get our food and not all of the food came out at once. In fact, my daughter's food came out last! Who feeds the children last! Additionally, the restaurant was full of drunk, obnoxious men piled into a separate room but disturbing the rest of the guests nonetheless. At no point that I witnessed were they asked to keep it down. I would never recommend this place to anyone nor would I return if someone paid me. “This whole resort is beautiful! The employees are all very friendly and are all about making sure the guest is happy. The pools/hot springs were great. My 5 year old daughter had a blast. And the fact that after 10 p.m., it's adult only is also a nice feature. It was a Friday and sat night when we stayed and they had a live band in the tavern. The food there was the best I have had in a long time. You definitely get what you pay for. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!”

“I couldnt believe how bad they screwed up our reservations and then lied about the fact that they told us we could have seven people in a room and then after we drove two and a half hours to get there, they tell us its against fire code to have any more than five. We tried to be nice about the situation and said we would just stick two of our people in the car but apparently that is against the rules too. Of course no one bothered to tell us that or the fact that we were only allowed one car on the premises, until after we had spent hundreds of dollars at the restaurant and bar and their last room had been taken. So what are seven inebriated women supposed to do in the middle of the night. When two of them have no place to stay and they're that far from home? When we asked to speak with the general manager, we were informed that she was in the bar and didnt do business after she had been drinking! For some reason that didnt surprise us at all. After that, we were treated like the ones who screwed up, and security was told to "keep and eye on us." We are seven adult women looking to have a weekend away from work and a good time and we were treated like troublesome teenagers from the staff, all because one of them gave us false information. I have never been to a more unprofessionally run place! Save yourself the money and the trouble and go somewhere else!” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Popular Restraurants in Paradise
