• Location.
• Poor food quality, poor service and management doesn't care.

“Bad service, bad food quality and management obviously doesn't care. We have eaten at other Sagebrush restaurants and enjoyed it very much. Too bad, it's in a good location and the only restaurant of its type in the area.”

• Comical relief (so bad it's almost funny).
• Nothing about it is good.

“Worst restaurant by far. Swore I would never go again. It was so bad the last time we went that it was almost funny. Worst service I've ever experienced. It has got to be the most poorly managed restaurant in the chain. If you're hungry, avoid at all costs because it takes forever to get your order and it will most definitely not be right. It's not the staff's fault.”

• Nothing at all!
• Absolutely everything!

“Since there is currently no other casual restaurant in Sanford to get a good steak, we broke down and went there this past Saturday night despite our past horrible experiences here. The hostess looked confused from the moment we walked in. It took about 5 minutes for our party of three to be seated and the restaurant was not very busy. The restaurant did not feel "clean." We waited at least 15 minutes before we ever saw a waitress. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. We received our drinks about 10 minutes later and no appetizer. About 15 minutes later, we received two of our salads. After requesting it twice, our third salad came about 10 minutes after that and still no appetizer. About 30 minutes later, our meals came. Just as we were finishing our meals, here comes the appetizer! Pathetic!”
