• Food, service and price.

“This restaurant was a disappointment to say the least. The only nice thing about this place was the view. Service was extremely slow. There was a 30 minute delay between receiving the appetizers and even taking our dinner order. The food was overpriced and lacked taste. My mahi mahi was inedible. I actually left it on my plate nearly whole. My money was wasted. I observed the tables nearby, and noticed their lack of food, so the problem appeared systemic. One man at another table begged the server to not take 40 minutes to bring the entree like it took to bring the salad. I am sure there are other local restaurants more deserving of patronage.”

• Positively filthy bathrooms.

“Went there for first time for lunch. Food was good and a good value for the price. Not great food but very good. Soup was hot, my pita pocket was well stuffed. My date had an excellent sandwich as well. However, I stopped at the restroom and found it horribly filthy and disgusting. Filth everywhere. Mentioned it to my date and she said the woman's room was worse. This is simply not acceptable. If you want a good decent lunch in a nice setting. Jacks may be for you. Just hold it and don't go near the bathrooms.”
