• The atmosphere (my husband is a train buff).
• The service staff is not knowledgeable, unfriendly and slow!

“The place has a great atmosphere, but the food and especially the service are terrible. Our waiter George didn't even tell us the specials or the soup of the day. When we had simple questions about entrees, he stood there and said "Uh, I'll have to check on that". My husband and I have been there twice before and the service then was bad, but this has red flagged this place for good! No more!”
