• Service which far outweighs the food.

“The food is good but the service horrible. I had the worst restaurant experience of my life here. I would never go back no matter how good the food is.”

• Clean rest rooms and dinning rooms.
• None.

“The atmosphere is unlike any other. Clean and uncluttered and family friendly. Just check it out! Bar is exceptional with Asian employees unlike kabuto and some others. Sushi presentation is on par with exquisite Las Vegas styled restaurants.”

• Kind service, average food price, delicate decor.
• Hard to find, but it was worth to find it.

“I understand this restaurant changed its name to Hero's Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar. They have completely remodeled and it definitely is an upscale restaurant -oh so detailed finishes with decors & even unique faucets including 16 Tapanaki's, sushi bar, & waiting lounge. It certainly is a perfect place for anniversaries, wedding receptions, proms, or just a romantic outings or just a family get together. I was impressed at this wonderful hidden Lake Norman's Treasure!!! ”
