• Sausage was good.
• Restaurant may not have atmosphere, but pizza is worth it!

“I was raised on Frank's pizza. Lived in Quad City for years and have since lived in several other areas around US. We had NEVER found another pizza like Frank's. Whenever we return to area, MUST have Frank's. My brother, uncle and cousins feel the same. Crust, sauce and sausage; all are unique and haven't found duplicates. My brother once picked up a Frank's pizza when driving through from Minnesota to Florida (frozen and on dry ice) and brought home to share. I love my brother. May be a little expensive, may be a little greasy, but it is the BEST. Really saying my mouth is watering just thinking about it.”

• By far the world's best pizza!
• Could use a good cleaning - but loved all the old furniture!

“I only wish there was a Frank's Pizza near Seattle. I would drive quite a distance for it. I have never found any other pizza that comes close to Frank's. The sausage is definitely the best. I still have family who live in the Quad Cities and when I come back to visit the first place we go is to Frank's! I have even brought a half baked pizza home with me in my suitcase on more than one occasion! Will someone please open a Frank's in Washington? I have been a Frank's Pizza fan since the 1960's!”

• Nothing.
• Too expensive and pizza greasy, get out the Bounty maybe it can soak up the grease!

“I have been to Frank's many times in my youth and the pizza was the best. The last couple of times the pizza was so greasy that we couldn't even eat it, it nearly made you sick. The cost is high for the quality you receive. I can't recommend Frank's!”

• The sausage pizza is the best and so is their fried chicken.
• It's old but it's historical, something you don't want to change, something from the good 'ole days.

“This is the best pizza in the US by far. As far back as I can remember my family always went there. It was always a special occasion my siblings and I looked forward to and it was the one time we were allowed to have pop. I can remember going there when I was probably 6 or 7 years old (1971). My aunt was a waitress there for many years. To natives it is a warm and familiar place, to newcomers they may feel otherwise but you have to realize that it's like an old shoe, a comfortable favorite you don't want to give up. I still go there to this day with my children and husband (a Wausau, WI native) who love it as much as I always have.”

• Get the sausage pizza.
• The pop comes in cans now, not bottles.

“Franks Pizza serves a unique style of pizza available (to the best of my knowledge) only in the Quad Cities. Founded in the early 1950s, it serves the best pizza in the world -- bar none. Get the sausage.”
