  • Food was great; our waitress was very friendly.
  • a few more chairs in the side room where people wait for their tables.

“I knew pretty well to expect not to be wowed by fancy decor or anything before I went, and I also expected to have a long wait (we waited an hour, as did others, while we sipped drinks in a side room and watched the Sox). I loved the atmosphere of all the townies, all the locals having a good night out with dinner and a brew. It felt a lot like a tavern. The food was absolutely fantastic! I had the lobster bisque, which was astounding, and we all ordered the couch potatoes (home made potato chips, a rare treat!). Each of us had varying entrees, and all were delicious. I can't wait to go again.”

  • Food is affordable and very good.
  • Silverware was dirty, waitress forgetful.

“My boyfriend and I heard that the food there was great, so we decided to go. I was disappointed when we pulled up, the place looked like a dump. Inside wasn't much better. The waitress was very friendly, but forgetful. She forgot about us and left us waiting for 10 minutes before she even got our drink order. My silverware was dirty, and I had a hair in my lobster bisque. The prices were very reasonable, and when we got our food, it was delicious. The fried chicken sandwich I ordered was huge, and very tasty! I could only eat half. The French fries were also very good. Some of the best I've had. My boyfriend got the angus burger. He said it was the best burger he had in a while, and it was also huge! Overall, the food is definitely delicious and very affordable, but the restaurant is a bit dirty and gloomy I thought.”
