• Very clean, and the employees were well groomed, good food.
• More smiles, it would be nice if the hostess would strike up a conversation while seating the customers and ask if they are celebrating a birthday or anniversary.

“I am a student at Miami university taking a marketing 261, I did a survey on the customer service; I would like to say that bob Evans passed my test. There are a few things that they could improve on but, overall it was a nice restaurant. They have me and my family as well as future customers.”
