• Bad management, inconsistent food quality.

“We dined at this neighborhood restaurant many times before. The owner used to manage the restaurant himself. Nowadays, he has a manager running for himself. Thus, the services and food qualities were not consistent. One night we dined at around 8:45 PM with a group of 11 peoples. While we were still eating, the waiter handed us the bill and said they are closing out the cash register. We paid before finishing eating. Next, another waitress vacuumed the floor. We asked to speak to the owner. The manager said he is out of the country. We dropped this restaurant off our dining list.”
