  • Iceberg.

“The Bella Via has good food at excellent prices. If you are on a budget and craving good Italian food, this is the place. There are other good Italian restaurants in Wheeling, but this is the least expensive, and just as good, if not better than the others. Love their scampi.”

  • Quality and amount of food for the money is excellent.
  • Silly little gambling room.

“I have been to MANY Chinese restaurants in many states, and this is honestly the best place all around that I have been to. Anytime I head back home to the valley, the Golden Chopsticks is always on the list of places to visit.”

  • The owner was about as friendly as they come.
  • Downtown, so you get a few lowlifes there.

“If you are looking for that unique place in each town, this is the one in Wheeling, WV. The building has been around for ages and it has been in the same family for generations. Good beer selection and you can't go wrong with the burgers. Also some great Greek items on the menu as the owner is Greek. Right near Capitol Music Hall so you can stop in before the show, was really busy though, and if the show is disappointing, head back to the Bridge for solid people watching entertainment. ”
