- Fresh sea food specials. Amazing chefs.
- But it is fine dining (not cheap).
“Best place to eat in Morgantown. It has a huge deck right on the lake which is great for summer time, but it has a beautiful dining room too. Great for large parties. The menu has everything and is one of the most original in the town.”

- Great sandwiches, best-made espresso anywhere, great value.
- Be prepared to have to jockey for space to make order-across from WVU.
“Great window/bar seats to watch the students scurry about. Best value for sandwiches and great food at the same time. I have had espresso prepared all over the world (including the so-called capital of coffee, the Northwest) and is the only place I have been where they adjust the grind for the coffee based on atmospheric pressure. The best espresso anywhere in the world!”

- Service was pretty good.
- Food was terrible, management unresponsive to complaints.
“This place was frankly awful. From the outside it looks a little upscale, calling itself a "specialty restaurant". But it's just a college burger joint. The food was terrible. They used that cheap fake bright-yellow plastic "cheese food" sauce on the nachos, instead of real quest. And the wings were small, and cold inside. A complaint emailed to the management yielded a promise to contact us regarding our concerns. We've waited 3 weeks now, but they never got back to us, or even mailed a coupon or anything to get us to give the place another try.”

- Mostly everything was great.
- Wouldn't recommend to people who dislike Asian food.
“Amazing food. Great place to take anyone who loves foreign food. Service was good and it seemed like just an all around fun place to be.”

- BEST ITALIAN FOOD for 150 miles up & down I-79!
“I travel for business and love to sample the local restaurants rather than chains. The local places are usually just OKl. You run into a lot of frozen and canned food rather than fresh, even with places that say "home-made." That's why I'm taking the time to write about Rose in Morgantown, West Virginia, or actually right across a small river in a suburb (?) named Westover. I found WOW an Italian restaurant as good as any trattoria in Manhattan, and at much less the cost especially considering the side-of-beef-size of the portions. I'm a big guy, and I've never been able to finish an entree. The lasagna, the ravioli -- and I never expected to find cracked-pepper pasta. Damn, this food is good! As far as I'm concerned this is the only place along the western-PA i-79 corridor to stop for Italian food. I don't know why i don't read about about it in travel magazines; that's a shame. ”
