• The girl in the window was polite and smiled.
• The chicken was awful.

“I haven't been to a KFC for years and most likely will never go again. I approached the drive through to order a 12 piece meal, extra crispy. I was told they had no chicken. (I am assuming they meant boney pieces.) My family didn't want anything else. Now I am stuck in the drive through because of curbs, shrubs, and other vehicles. It's over 100 degrees outside. My car begins to overheat while I wait. When I am behind the person at the window an employee sticks her head out and yells to me that they now have chicken because none of the patrons in the store ordered that kind of chicken. Because I was in the drive thru they were not going to sell be the kind I wanted so that they could sell it to the patrons in the store? I stop at the window and go ahead and purchase the chicken but can only get 4 pieces of extra crispy. She was nice enough to call my husband to tell him my car was over heating. When I got home, which is only a couple of blocks, I discovered our chicken was soggy. The 4 of us only at 4 partial pieces and threw the rest away. The potatoes & gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits were good. I can say I was disappointed and chances of going back are slim and none. ”
