• The bar is fun.
• To noisy and the food quality has gone down hill.

“The noise level is high in the restaurant. If you are unfortunate enough to be seated close to the piano player it will be difficult to have a conversation with out straining to hear. Lately the quality of the steaks has been less than desirable. My wife New York strip had a freeze burn old taste as did mime. It seems that in the last 6-8 months the quality of the steaks has been disappointing sort of like a steak at Apple bees”

“We were crowded, the other party was very loud and disruptive, our servers were now shared with the other party and therefore not attentative as could be. To top it all off the food was way overcooked and slow coming. We will not be visiting this restaurant again!”

“Jan. 2008. This was one of the worst meals we have ever had at a Carinos. The food was cold, we were served cold coffee, we couldn't find our waitperson, and when she/he was there serving, we had to dodge the plates of food as they would reach in front of us instead of walking around the table to serve us. Since there were six of us and we were at a table in the middle of the room, they should have walked around the table to set the dish in front of each of us instead of reaching in front of the person sitting next to you. The food had good flavor, but was not served hot. It was barely warm. The floor was slippery. Don't know what the cleaned it with, but was in fear of slipping on it. I had rubber soled shoes on and that did not help. We will not return to this particular restaurant.”

“Where do I begin? It was a Thursday night and we were the only table in the entire place all night (that should have been our first clue). Other reviews on this site talk about salmon & stuffed redfish. That must be the old menu before they moved. New menu = lobster bisque that had a gravy consistency; 10 or so different shrimp dishes with overcooked, tasteless shrimp (you could do better at red lobster; one of the dishes had a sauce that was very mayo based, how cheap!); a few pasta choices, a plate with mushy pasta (you could do better at olive garden); a few steak choices which is too high for this type of restaurant. Keep in mind that anything else you want such a salad or sides like potatoes or veggies are all al a carte. You will easily walk out of there at $50 per person without ordering appetizers & even getting the cheaper menu items! Our dinner was a third cheaper at the Santa Fe steakhouse & the food was 100% superior to the blue aquarium. They have a lot of work to do if the want to keep their reputation of an upscale restaurant. We were very disappointed.”

• Good food, a bit salty though.

“The food was great, but the service is horrible. My drink was never refilled once, the order was wrong, and to make matters worse, it seems like Chili's has a dating service for their employees. I asked numerous times for my drink to be refilled, and everyone's answer was ""tell your server."" I complained to the manager, some big blond ""know-it-all"" and he thinks that just by saying ""I'm sorry"" will take care of the problem. I had to refill my drink myself and my food was cold. When the bill came, the waitress seemed upset because I did not tip her. Highly unrecommeded. ”
