Pho Hoa

from Issaquah
Overall Rating: 3
Food:[8] •
Service:[1] •
Atmosphere:[1]
- Pho soup.
- Rude, cold environment.
“The food is authentic and delicious. The staff is extremely rude. No personality. I wish they were friendlier because I love their food but cannot support a business that is so unfriendly. We have even gone so far as to make the same phi soup at home. It is not as good yet but we are in a very friendly, warm atmosphere.”

Joker Pub & Grill

Atmosphere:[9]
- The beer was great, the football games were all on and fun to watch, lots of TVs.
- The food was the worst bar food Ive ever had.
“I ordered a sandwich off the menu called "brads bad bird". $8.75 later I was served a plate with a sandwich that I could have made at home. It was two pieces of toasted white bread, a bit of lettuce, tomato, pickle and literally 3 thin slices of the kind of chicken you get at a Safeway and some nasty slices of cheese that was as greasy as the guy who served it to me. I've never written a review for a restaurant or food but I felt it necessary to warn others not to bother ordering food here. The beer was great and the atmosphere was fun, but the food (especially for the money) was beyond terrible. My brother ordered the chicken strips, those looked like your standard bar food chicken strips but cost $3 more than any other bar Ive been to. A young lady we were with ordered the nachos and they looked good but again way over priced for what you get.”

- Large portions.
- Slow service if you don't know what you want.
“Grub! Daily specials but the best sandwich is the prime rib dip. Best since Kelly's on 23rd in Seattle or Gabby's on 148th in Bellevue.”

Issaquah Xxx Drive In

- Liked the gargantuan portions, memorabilia, and social atmosphere.
- On my visit, service was slow to take the order, but quick to serve.
“This is a nostalgic 'drive-in' type restaurant, with no healthy food found, but everything I saw looked good, and comes in gargantuan proportions. It's noisy and crowded, just like a Drive In should be. I found it to be a good value. You can spend quite a bit of time just looking at all of the memorabilia on display.”
