“Probably the worst dining experience I have had in my 3 years in Texas. Food, service and atmosphere were terrible. Will never recommend and never return.”

• Loud and Smokey.

“Esparza's is very loud and if you are not in the no smoking area you won't be able to breathe! My date and I went there December. 6, 2007. We were in the bar area until we could get a table. Everyone was smoking. Horrible atmosphere for anyone who does not smoke. We ate in the non smoking area. It was so loud with people talking much louder than they had to we finally decide to just eat and get out. The food is no better than your average chain Mexican restaurant, maybe not as good as a Mi Cocina, etc. I won't go back. This was not my first time but it seems to get worse every time, so no more esparza's for me.”

• Good margaritas, good food. Atmosphere is fun.
• Parking at times.

“Happy hour, including pitchers of Margaritas is until 6:30. Well worth that - if not - a tad expensive. And fair warning - rumor has it that the margaritas have a splash of ever clear, careful! Food has been very good. Nice weather provides a patio atmosphere that you must go to bar to get drinks (that is where the pitchers of drinks come in handy) but, hang out for a lot of people. Parking can be difficult, but you can park on Main and short block walk to the restaurant. We split the family fajitas and took home food from 3 people eating. Everything we have ordered has been good.”

• Nice selection of different meals.
• Service is the absolute worst!

“We have gone to this location several times due to the convenience and close proximity usually with a To-Go option. It took a couple of times for us to learn our lesson, but I think it has finally sunk in that they could not get it right if I went back in the kitchen and did it myself. If it is not taking 30 minutes longer than they said, they forget entire main course. This last time they even got the baked potato but forgot the ribs and shrimp.”
