  • This restaurant still has the crispy noodles for the Chow Mein.
  • Not open for lunch.

“This restaurant is very good. It has been in Burlington for over 50 year. It is family owned. I have been eating here for about 30 years. I have traveled all over U.S. and the Canton has the best Sweet and Sour Sauce I have ever tasted. It is not that terrible sauce that is red in color. This is the real brown sauce. I have been in the kitchen in the Canton and we can say the kitchen is very clean. The health department has given this place a high score. At times like this, it is nice to have a restaurant like the Canton. It is not a chain restaurant.”
