• Food is good.
• Very poor customer service.

“Visited restaurant middle of September with party of six, took about 10 minutes for waitress to get table and was not busy at all, when placed order four of party members received food and other two did not and was twenty minutes and asked waitress where food was, stated gave meal to someone else and would be another 10 minutes for our meal and after another 15 minutes still no meal, did not get an apology and no consideration to let us know before hand about the mistake. Will never visit this restaurant again and will not recommend to anyone else.”

• Our server.
• Too much loitering, over serving, and police activity.

“We had a very interesting experience at Brittany's. She was very polite and we never had to wait on her! She was very good with our kids. We would definitely recommend her as the best server. But Brittany's seemed to have a lot going on. The night we went, there were a lot of teenagers loitering out front. And there were a lot of police officers in the parking lot. Other than the server I would not recommend this restaurant to families with children!”

• Open Grill atmosphere.
• Waitress good but didn't check on us enough.

“I ate at the Macaroni Grill for the first time last week. I thought that it was great. I loved the open grilled atmosphere. We had a good time and plan on our church Christmas dinner there. ”

• This is really money saver Gas being so high price.
• Have never had a problem there.

“This is steakhouse is much better than Outback. The prices can not be beat our server keep bringing more and more food out If you want to be ripped go somewhere else. I have since became a regular once I must eat there and get my money's worth.”
