- Everything needs improvement.
“Really over priced for what little you get. the service is all over the place we never saw the same waiter twice. We complained to the district manager who if a friend of the family. He was not surprised. The have tried to revamp their management but it isn't working. As for the food steak should have a flavor enough said.”

“I have eaten at Clydes about four times in the last year and usually the food is pretty good. The service is generally pretty bad. Last night I chose to eat in the bar because of my past three experiences and it was great. Our bartender was on top of things and the meal was good.”

- Service is second to none.
- Way over priced, especially the wine list.
“Very over rated restaurant. My husband's filet was tender, but had no flavor, my lobster was a tad overcooked, but my daughter's porterhouse, however, was delicious. Everything is a la carte; a $44 for a filet should come with a potato, and I have never seen such a jacked up wine list. The service was excellent, but we will not return there for a meal. Oh, and my chocolate molten cake had parsley in it. .”

“Food was good. The service was awful. Employees could really use a class regarding customer service. My friend and I placed an order for a Cheese Pizza with 2 additional toppings. The order came in as a Cheese Pizza only. The response was to confront us and tell us we didn't order toppings (very poor customer service). Place is very small and cramp. No hospitality! Poor Customer Service never warrants a recommendation!”

- Food prep.
- Lady at the front taking your order. Horrible.
“The food is great. No lunch menu is a negative. If you want to buy pasta, you have to purchase a dinner size that is just for the pasta. If you want to add chicken or mushrooms its more $ still I give the food a 9. Now the service. Wow! The lady that takes your order at the front is so rude. Does she even know what service is? Someone should reminder her that with out customers she won't get paid. She acts like she has better things to do. She is very rude when you ask her questions about the menu. And she bad mouths you in Spanish because she doesn't think we understand! My experience was very bad there and if I need to order, I call it in and pick it up to avoid having any contact with her. Food is great though.”
