“My last and FINAL visit to your Newport News location was terrible. I mean It was horrible. The food took forever on top of that it was cold upon arriving; the service was little to none. The manager was very rude. We were extremely disappointed. Weve been dinning at cheddars regularly that was for the past 2 years. What on earth Happened to Angela .Now that was Service? You Guys need to step it up. I've read your other Reviews.”

“Everything here was well worth the money from the time you enter the door. The portions are large and the food is so good that you could easily over eat. Service was excellent as were menu choices. You feel like you are the only customer they have. Truly well worth the cost.”

• A good family place, relaxing, yet dim lighted and romantic as well.
• Food was high and not so good.

“We went here, nice place inside, good wait staff, but I did not like my dinner, spaghetti sauce was not good, and a little runny, I have had better else where, and my husband did not like his sub and fries. My kids had the Strombolli which they loved, they have had it before at some1's house, so they knew what to order. I thought it was high priced, $13!? For 1 strombolli! 3 of us ate for $52, wow - it was full of family people, who seemed to be regular visitors, they were all nice polite and relaxed, so maybe I just ordered the wrong thing?”
