• The good home cooking.
• The bad waitress.

“The food is good, the owner and wife are great. The prices was a little high but ok. The only problem is one of the waitresses is a bit annoying, is slow on service and gives the impression she doesn't want to be there. So if you get any of the other servers it's worth it but if you draw the tidy waitress you won't be so ready to return.”

“Angelo's in Montrose, VA has the best pizza anywhere -- hands down. The ingredients are fresh, the sauce is indescribably delicious and the crust is the perfect combination of soft but crunchy. The service is excellent but the place gets incredibly busy on weekends. Atmosphere is a typical non-descript rural restaurant -- checkered table cloths, small booths, a little dark, but the vitality is in the staff and patrons. Very family-friendly -- all the kids' favorites are here and cooked to delicious perfection. It's worth a trip to the neck just for this restaurant.”
