• Decor, lighting, food.
• None.

“This is a charming little restaurant and is a definite asset to Cleburne. In the evening the lighting is low, the music is soft, and the noise level is minimal. Food is carefully prepared and presented. Wait staff can be a little slows but still attentive (could use more help). BYOB and corkage service is provided. Reasonably priced. Tend to overcook fish (for my taste) so request shorter cooking time. I'm going back soon.”

• Top notch dining at everyday prices.
• Only open two nights a week.

“This place is great. Top notch dining at everyday prices. Lunch menu is Hugh, and everything very tasty. They also offer a superb evening meal on Fri and Sat. By reservation only. Best steak I have ever had, better than even the Porterhouse in Dallas, which is four stars. The Turnip is cozier, more relaxed, no crowds or tables full of loud children, and four stars dining to boot!”

• Hard to place an order by phone.

“The restaurant has good food, however, it's a little overpriced, and the employees yell and scream a lot in their native tongue, which is a little annoying.”
