- Ok décor.
- Inexperienced wait staff that had no idea how to service customers, bad food.
“The dish I ordered was so bad I asked the waitress to take it back and I would order something else. They insisted on charging me for the uneaten dish. I've never had to send food back, but this was the worst. I paid and left.”

- Food and prices.
- Hard to locate.
“We were on vacation, looked up restaurants in the hotel guide and tried Zacks. Would recommend it for casual dinning. Prices are average and food was above average.”

- You are always made to feel part of the family.
- They are not open for lunches.
“Marsalis Salsa is the best food here by far. All of the food is authentic and made from natural ingredients. I've never had a bad meal at this restaurant. The family type atmosphere, relaxed and romantic environment make it a wonderful place for family and friends to gather. Favorites? Black bean soup, and jowza.”

“Excellent place for a healthy, authentic meal. A well-thought up menu and a variety of dishes from the west-Indies. The salsa and chips are to die for - the first helping is free, while any extra are added to the bill. I think we had three helpings! Check it out.”
