American Flatbread At The Marbleworks

- The pizza, ingredients, the beer, weekly message from the owner on the menus, socially responsible messages and the atmosphere.
- Long waits on some nights at the door, although you can sit at the bar and enjoy local drafts while waiting.
“Excellent flatbreads with all natural organic ingredients. Some nights this place is so crowded it is almost impossible to get a seat so be prepared to wait at the door while sipping their own brewed beer. Highly recommended!”

- Great home-style cooking.
- Wait time when busy.
“A wonderful "family cooking" restaurant. If you want a good meal just like you would cook at home, this is the place. Definitely family friendly. Busy on weekend evenings, so get there early (before 6:00) or you may end up waiting.”

“It is a great place to eat. The food is just delicious and the atmosphere great. You can eat out on the deck witch is right on the water or inside. The architecture is really interesting too - three levels and ... I have no words. It was Great !!! I will definately go back any time I get the chance.”

“I had to add a review because no one mentioned the New England Clam Chowder on the salad bar for lunch. It is the best I have had. There is always something good for the lunch buffet. One day it was a gingered flank steak which I expected to be average, but I went back for seconds. Lots of fresh salad selections. Good breads and carrot cake for dessert. I have been going to Fire annd Ice about the last four times i visited my mother-in-law. Maybe someday I'll even go for dinner. ”
