• Great food, low prices, wonderful service.
• Small building, less populated location.

“I'll begin with the one downside of this restaurant. Location! Unfortunately for the owners they are not located on a widely used area. Sure they're close to the Turnpike and too Illinois Ave., but they -aren't- on either. So for the casual traveler new to the area the likelihood of stumbling upon the place is unlikely. Also the size of the restaurant hurts it in different ways. With a larger location they could definitely improve the atmosphere you wouldn't feel so crowded or like you're in a run down building. If you can avoid letting these cons bother you you'll find it to be one of the best Mexican restaurants in Oak Ridge (if not the best!). The service is great and the food is amazing. The prices are unbelievable when you see just how much you can get for your dollar. Bang for your buck is here in big fashion and there is tons of variety with different combos, red sauce, queso, green sauce, etc. Everything you could want in a Mexican restaurant, quiet, fast service, great food, amazing prices, and it has that special feeling that makes it your place.”

“I disagree - I love the Magnolia Tree. It is a basic place - nothing fancy. The best thing on the menu is the Chicken-Spinach pie. It is wonderful! I have always found it clean and the service friendly.”

• The second manger. Was very nice and fixed the order.
• Cooks dont know how to cook.

“I had a bad experience at this sage brush I ordered a steak that had to be sent back three times I asked to talk to the manager. After I had sent it back the first time and it came back salted very heavily as if they dumped the whole salt shaker on it. The manger. Was very unfriendly and slammed my second steak in front of me, never asked if it was ok or not and just walked away. I finally managed to wave down a different manager. Who took care of the steak and it was finally cooked right. It is just to bad that you work hard all week and take your spouse out for dinner and the night is ruined by unprofessional staff of a restaurant so if your looking for a date. Night at sage brush make sure dawn is not the mang.”

• Cozy atmosphere.
• Food awful and ants on table.

“I ate at the magnolia tree restaurant two times and it was awful! I would not have gone back but my friend told me to give it another try. I did, but no more. It is supposed to be a Greek, Italian, and American restaurant. I had a Greek salad with chicken parmesan. The salad dressing tasted like pure vinegar, and the lettuce was half rotten! The chicken parmesan was frozen, and was served cold. The waitress was not friendly. Finally, there were ants crawling on our table! Save your money a pass the magnolia tree restaurant in oak ridge.”
