• Consistent quality and good tasting food.
• Bar was a bit smoky.

“I've had the opportunity to dine there many times. Almost without exception it has always been a pleasant and memorable experience. Sam, Cindy and staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and relaxed.”

• Some wait staff was good.
• Has a few poor wait staff, manager needs to watch who works.

“Had to wait for server to get done brown nosing the management to get waited on. Several other tables were seated after us and had there food before we were waited on, was ready to walk out when she finally got to the table. Not a friendly server who had an attitude problem who was yelling at the other wait staff. Will go back once more, if service is as bad will never go back. Also restaurant has a stale smell, like a sewer back up.”

• Food is always consistent and servers are always wonderful.
• There is only one location-- Harvey should open more.

“If you are looking for place with excellent food, wonderful service, and interesting atmosphere, Harvey Moy's is the place to visit. They make every dish to order, so you can add or take out anything you please. Their meat is never the chewy or tough, as you find in almost every other Chinese restaurant. Each dish also has its own distinct recipe and is very rich in flavor, also contrary to other restaurants. He even has a children's menu featuring quality American food as well for my young ones. The service is always wonderful and fast. The waiters do an awesome job of making you feel at home. The atmosphere will alone keep you entertained with the many authentic artifacts on display. My children love to look at the 2,000 + lbs Buddha in the entryway. I have been going to Harvey Moy's for over 20 years. Whether I'm dining in, or picking up a carryout I have always been more than pleased with my experience. I'm sure Harvey Moy's will quickly become one of your new favorite spots.”

• Everything I have tried is excellent.
• Quarters can be a bit tight during busy hours.

“The food is excellent, service is friendly and fun, atmosphere is different. Can be a bit of tight quarters during busy hours, but still a great experience.”

• The egg food young with the gravy is fantastic.
• Bath room down stairs. I have bad knees a little tuff on them.

“Love it eat there the first thing I do when driving up hwy 41 Tampa Chinese is not bad but Harvey moys beats them all hands down.”
