• Good every time and price is still good.
• Private discussions between servers not needed for customers to hear.

• Fresh hot food, friendly staff, great location and hot sauce on the table!
• Floors a lil slippery, but were cleaned regularly.

“After being ill the night before I had a serious appetite the following day. Visiting with my friend I said to him I wanted to eat a lot of American food at a buffet". I asked the concierge where I was staying about a good restaurant and he she suggested something neither one had ever heard of. After 15 minutes or so driving on a street neither one of were familiar with, my friend suddenly look up and said Barnhill's! I saw the look of happiness come over his face as he said to me "Barnhill's is always good! When he said this then saw the other place the lady at my hotel suggested as he was completing his turnaround at an adjacent service station , however I declined since he was by this time gleaming with what must have been the anticipation of complete satisfaction. I told him I trusted him and so we went. I walked in. Remember now I said earlier that I wanted "American" food, being from Ohio I had a totally separate idea of what this was. I was in total amazement to see such a wide range of southern cooking! The salad was the only thing I was used to Compare to back home in the Midwest. Gumbo at the soup station, candied yams, and law has mercy, catfish, and fried tilapia. Unlimited refills and wonderful quality "no skimp" desserts. So many people of the wait staff seemed so happy to be at work. They were all so friendly to me. My pregnant service lady kept wet soaked with refills and a pleasant attitude I was so happy to be there I had my friend take a picture. I am planning another visit this weekend and Barnhill's is without question on my list to visit. I have already vowed not eat anything but salad until I get there! This place is great! We never did go to that other restaurant!”
