• Amazing food, good-sized portions, wonderful atmosphere.
• Small bar, somewhat limited seating.

“Another one of those "Why is this here?" restaurants. Hilbert seems far too small to contain a place this great - it could easily fit in a larger city. The food blew me away, I was not expecting the level of excellence I experienced. A tad pricey, but worth every penny.”

• Flavor of food!
• Service isn't always the friendliest, but I have seen worse.

“I have lived many places in my life from Ames, Iowa to Manchester, new Hampshire. I finally settled down in Hilbert. After eating at the hearthstone I fell in love. There is no other place like it and none that tops it. It's menu is unique and excellent. Everything on the menu is wonderful. It is a must try and is great for all budgets. I recommend the Mediterranean chicken.”

• All the wonderful dishes and meals.
• Not open on Monday.

“I am a regular at the Hearthstone and the reason is because it's the best restaurant in the Fox Valley area! I've tried the whole menu and many specials during the three years I've lived in Brillion and every meal is prepared to perfection and good to the last morsel. I tell all my friends to eat at the Hearthstone and they tell me later that they loved the placed. I have my lunch meetings at the Hearthstone and I've enjoyed a number of their special holiday meals. For a little town like Hilbert, Hearthstone is a true attraction and what, in my book, puts it on the map!!”
