- The view is beautiful and the logs cabin look is cozy.
- Poor food quality, not friendly staff.
“We went to this restaurant on a Thursday night in April. Service was very slow. Food was not appealing, salad bar was not fresh, soup was not hot. Prices would have been fair, if my baked potato did not have a worm in it. A restaurant we will never forget. Talked to the owner on several occasions and she is in denial. A shrimp special with a salad bar that started out costing $14.95 cost us just shy of 2000.”

- Value.
- Smoky, small and slow service.
“The honey bear is a bar that added on enough space to provide a place to serve dinner. It is smoky and the service is somewhat slow, but it is summer help after all. The fish fry is worth the wait and the slow service! Hands down one of the best in the area.”

- Great batter on the fish, no greasy.
- Noisy.
“We went for the Friday fish fry and even the week after Labor Day it still packed them in to the tiny place. It is noisy and smells of frying oil, but the fish was quite delicious as was the Cole slaw. I do not happen to like steak fries, but I'm sure someone else enjoys them. The fish is plentiful and the batter is light, so come hungry. The adjacent bar to the restaurant is makes the main dining room had to have a conversation in, but if you know that in advance, speak up!”

- They easy, breezy feeling of the place.
- Its a diner, do not expect more!
“This is a diner. There are a few frills (big napkins) but its concentration is on food and conversation. The wait staff is very happy to strike up a conversation with you as well as answer questions about local places. The price for breakfast for two (eggs, potatoes, ham, juice and coffee) was $12.00!”
