“The service here is great and they are always open. But the quality of the BBQ is not very good. The brisket is consistently dry and bland. The ribs and chicken usually follow along. Sausage is okay.”

“I was dressed nice and expecting to sit down to a good meal. I was refused service. I will not be going there again due to incompetent wait staff.”

“We often eat at this Red Lobster, but on Saturdays visit (1-17-09), it was exceptional. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and I did not know a baked potato could be any better. But it was. The coleslaw was delicious. My compliments to the chef(s). We were most satisfied with your great meal and excellent service.”

“The best seafood in town. Nothing fancy, just fresh seafood prepared after you order. The food is actually cooked right in front of you! Try the grilled redfish - it is excellent.”

• Great food, great atmosphere- a slice of history!
• The tables are a little close together, so if it is busy, it can be cramped.

“I grew up in Victoria and always loved to eat at Fossati's. It is only open for lunch during the week and since it is located in downtown Victoria, it gets a good business crowd. The best is their chicken salad. You can also call ahead and purchase it by the pint. My family loves to have it at home! I have also rented Fossati's out for special occasions. They always do a great job and the food is always delicious!”
