• Informative wait-staff. Never felt rushed to make selection.
• None.

“Every aspect of this restaurant exceeds expectations. Fabulous food & generous portions. We kept food in cooler and looked forward to our second meal when we returned home.”

• The food, everything about it, portion size, price before dinner hour being cheaper than at dinner time.
• I wish there were more Victoria restaurants closer to home! Otherwise, nothing negative to report.

“I love the eggplant parmesean. I have never tried anything else because I find this dish so addicting! I think the restaurant wait staff is very excellent as well. I love this place! Don't ever change anything about the recipe for that dish, please! I stop there every chance I get to Appleton.”

• Nice people.
• Poor value.

“The children's menu is over-priced and very skimpy. The children's French toast meal will get you one small piece of French toast, juice and sausage for $4.79. The children's pancake (similarly priced) will also give you one pancake, although the pancake is slightly larger. We will look for a better value somewhere else.”

“Drips water and is a health hazard. The food is way over priced and the cook has got to clean himself up. Those ears are horrible. The drinks are over priced.”

• Atmosphere, live music and the way they were 6-8 years ago.
• Average quality.

“This restaurant was great about 6 or 8 years ago. They were the fine dining place in Appleton. They were the priciest but worth every penny. Today, like many restaurants in the Fine Dining category in the Fox Cities, they were caught in a squeeze between rising labor costs, reduced interest in paying fine dining prices and perhaps a bit of owner greed. As a result, they cut the quality of food ingredients and when their talented chefs left, they replaced them with FVTC interns. The food is now average in taste and presentation. Alcohol is considerably overpriced. Service is average. The only thing that isn't average is the price. Consequently, the value is exceedingly low. I'd recommend driving 35 minutes north to Hinterland or 15 minutes east to Apollon.”
