- Decent food, decent price.
- Service.
“Quite possibly the worst service I've experienced. The girl behind the counter was more concerned about talking to friends who were not ordering and testing that she was about her job in customer service. Her method of delivering the food to the table comprised of literally dropping the food and the utensils on the table in front of everyone. I would just order to go. The service there isn't worth the time or your patience.”

- Fantastic value and great food.
- Just average service.
“Lived in Norwich for a good number of years. Nina's was the BEST. I would have a meatball sub once a week (or a pizza). I was just there yesterday (5/23/09) for the first time in 15 years. STILL THE BEST! I had my meatball sub (now called meatball parmigiana hot meal). As great as ever. Mother-inlaw had eggplant parmigiana which she loved. You get a FANTASTIC amount of food for the price. The place has doubled in size since I was last there. I asked a waiter if one of the family/owners was still active and was told he was in the kitchen cooking right now. I admit service was overwhelmed but that was partly due to the annual antique car show which brings in many thousands of people. Bad timing on my part. Check before going there just for Nina's visit, they do shutdown once a year for vacation, always did, even when I lived there so long ago. If you are in the area, have the best culinary day of your life by eating at Nina's for lunch and try to get to Brook's Chicken in Oneonta (30-45 minutes from Norwich) for supper. The WORLD'S BEST chicken. Most days you may have to wait to get in, but it is worth it. I have driven 40 miles (each way) to pick up their meals at fund-raising events they cater around the state. I have never meet anyone who has had their chicken disagree that nothing tops it. Like Nina's, they do shutdown sometimes for vacation, so check their website.”

- Pizza is the best!
- A nasty little fly wanted to share with us.
“Best food ever. Been to many Italian spots, Nina's tops them all.”
