• The veal Pram, Roast Pulled Pork & South Philly Sandwiches.
• Service could improve.

“It has so many choices from sandwiches, burgers, wings, steaks, platters, mussels and the sauce is the best around. The pasta platters are too big to eat it all, you always leave with leftovers. Great kids menu & family friendly. A true mom & pop places as mom, dad & kids all working there. Great for big groups and they have a full service Bar also. Run like a south Philly type Restaurant.”

• Pizza.
• Very dirty, miserable and foul mouth guys working there.

“Our family has been going to fanzines for more than 25 years. They do have the best pizza around, but I cannot believe how dirty the place became. It is disgusting. Just go in and see for yourself. They must pay off the board of health because I have seen other restraints get fined for much less. Sam is a great guy, but the young guys he hires have a lot to be desired. They are also dirty, foul mouthed and rude. I was with my children one night and two of them were throwing the f word out behind the counter. It is a shame that Sam does not see this. ”

• The food, the people, the price what more do you want!
• There are none.

“I live in Louisiana now, but grew up in Bridgeport. I have traveled all over the country and several other countries. There is no better place in the world than Franzones. I make a special trip every year or so just to taste the pizza and Cheese steaks. My kids love it too. I took 30 of my Navy buddies there in 2004 and they treated us like kings! Sam and all the gang there are the best!”
