- Bar selections.
- By no means authentic.
“I was born and raised in this area and can understand some reviewer's opinion of this restaurant. This may be authentic Mexican food for people who live here, but it is by no means authentic Mexican food. I am one of those people who keeps hearing about how good this food is, but after many trips to Terrapins Cantina, I will give you my honest opinion. The food is bland. The service is hit or miss. The atmosphere is so so, depending on the staff mood and the clientele at any given time. However, I do enjoy the Margaritas. If you would like delicious authentic Mexican restaurant go a few miles down the Rt. 11 towards Bloomsburg. In a strip mall is a wonderful Mexican restaurant called Playa Cancun. It is yummy! My family has never had a bad meal. It is by no means fancy, and doesn't look like much from the outside, but what comes on your plate is worth the drive past Terrapins! Hope this helps make your Mexican restaurant decision.”

- Good food, service, and prices.
- Need more booths, especially on busy weekends.
“I've been going to this restaurant since 1985. You get good size portions of food, fast service, for little money. I have yet to leave China Queen hungry or dissatisfied!”

- Location.
- Food, staff, restroom.
“The food is of poor quality and bland. The staff was OK, but I had some trouble getting another drink. Overall, I probably would not recommend to anyone.”

- The waitress was cheerful.
- The food was just awful.
“This place doesn't really have Mexican food. It has bad food. My burrito, while containing a fair amount of slightly overcooked seafood, was also stuffed with Spanish rice studded with what looked like chopped frozen veggie blend! And not corn and beans, which might make some kind of sense, but carrot and string beans. Weird, and not at all tasty. Travel a few miles down the road towards Bloomsburg to a little place near the Sheets station. Great food there at a fraction of the price.”
