• They have great food and an interesting environment.
• The service is a little slow on the weekend because there are so many people.

• Used to be a nice place to eat and was reasonable.
• They scam their credit card customers by charging more on final bill.

“We have ate here in the past and it was a good place until Mother's Day 2007 - we ate there and all 3 of us became very ill after eating the salad prior to our steaks - we had food poisoning and I ended up at the Dr. the next day - after thinking it was a one time incident we went back today -the waitress was nice and food was okay but when we got our bill - the amount was wrong compared to the menu price - we paid anyway and added a $10 tip for the waitress - when we got home we found they had overcharged our total by 20% - obviously they are making a lot of extra money by doing this to credit card customers and it is fraud - I only noticed because I check my statements - people who don't end up paying the extra without realizing it - I called the manager/owner to resolve the issue and was treated extremely rude and got no apology and they blamed my credit card company for the mistake - assured me they got calls like this all the time and when we get our final credit card charge it would be right - they are scamming people for the extra money and I had to file a dispute with our credit card company for this issue - the old owners were nice years ago and honest - obviously the owners now do not care about customer service or repeat business - don't waste your time with this hassle when there are better restaurants in Waynesville and Lebanon where they care about customer service - I have never been treated this rudely from any business and as a business owner myself who accepts credit cards, I would never scam my customers like these people do - I am reporting these issues to the Office of the Attorney General of Ohio - it is fraud.”
