- The iced tea was good. We liked the squash casserole, turkey and dressing.
- He liked the beans, I ate them but I didn't particularly care for the flavoring in the beans.
“We enjoyed the buffet at Mr. B's. The squash casserole was very good. The turkey was moist, tender and flavorful. The dressing was the best I have ever gotten on a buffet. On most buffets, the dressing tastes like the stove-top stuffing. Mr. B's tasted like home-made country dressing. We haven't tried everything on the buffet yet, but we have been very satisfied with the items we have tried.”

- Cheap and great food.
- I don't have anything negative about this place.
“This is a great bbq restaurant. It is in an older building but the insides kept spotless. The service and everything is great. We stop here on the way to myrtle beach every time we go.”

- Big portions of good barbecue, range of side dishes.
- Ribs were rather fatty.
“This is the kind of restaurant that has a bucket of peanuts in the shell on the table. My daughter and I both had barbecue, so we tried ribs, chicken, and beef brisket. There was a choice of sauces and dry rubs, including vinegar-based sauce. Portions were huge--my barbecue feast was literally a half a small chicken and a half rack of large ribs. We had lunch the next day and still some left over. The sauces we had were very good--tasted homemade. For a small charge (I think it was 75 cents) one can substitute broccoli and salad for the fries and beans. I noticed on the menu that they offered low crab pasta as an option. They had a range of pasta and steak dishes and fried seafood.”
