• Great service, good food, great ambiance and very laid back, but fancy all at the same time.
• Lots of gnats on the patio, food took a little while longer than I would've liked.

“I loved our server. Was very attentive and made a wonderful wine pairing with our seafood meal. Felt very authentic there. Beautiful ambiance and view and the food seemed very local. I really loved our time. Server helped to make our anniversary very special.”

• Owners, staff, food is exquisite.
• Don't change anything.

“The shrimp & grits, coconut shrimp & key lime pie and now key lime cheesecake cannot be compared with any other restaurants. Star fish grille has set the standards very high and all others pale in comparison!”

“Went here twice, and had excellent service and food both times. 2nd time, had 2 small children, and service, etc., were fine. Food was well prepared, and excellent service.”

“We just had a mediocre, at best, dinner at the River Cafe. Server was very friendly, but did not take care of us. Cafe was almost empty, so no excuse for inattentiveness. She did not check water, and wine refill was not brought, nor additional cocktail sauce. I have been in the restaurant business as a chef for 10 years, and it was NOT a good experience. Food was mediocre, at best, and lukewarm when served. I do NOT recommend this restaurant.”

• Fresh scallops & shrimp.
• No lobster tails or haddock fish.

“The only way to make it a "10" is to provide lobster tail and let me eat free!! Love the food and can't wait to get back down there this winter. We started going to the Starfish Grille about 9 winters ago and last year was the first year we didn't make it. We went to the old haunt but you were gone. Glad you're back. Keep up the good work.”
