• Awesome delivery service and great drivers.
• Not enough dipping sauce. Next time I order more.

“Avalache pizza has what is going on! I've loved their pizza for years, but didn't realize they do so much more. I really want to try one of their sandwich, but just the other night I had one of their cal zones It was delicious I had been doing cal zones from some other places in town (that specialize in cal zones), but none compare to Avalanche. You should really try one some time.”

• It took a little while to have ready because they were very busy; but worth it.

“I had a worst experience with Avalanche Pizza in Athens OH. We were pure vegetarian (originally from India) and never ate any sort of meat. We heard Avalanche Pizza was a good place for vegetarians as they seem to have 2 or 3 different vegetarian pizzas in their menu. We ordered one of their vegetarian pizza and made sure he got my order correct. When we got the pizza, I was shocked to see a piece of red meat in the pizza. When I called them to let them know, he was pretending as if he did not know what I was talking about and also sounded very rude and indirectly telling me I was just making up! I immediately drove there with their pizza and the meat piece I found and showed them to the manager. But manager did not want to take any responsibility and he was sort of intimidating me! It was my last visit to their place!”

• Saw Kaminski slip 15 times in one evening neat the jukebox.

“The place where dreams are made. As you walk into the cat's eye saloon, adjust your eyes to the mellow light to catch the friendly smile you'll get from the bar-keep if it's the afternoon and the crowd is hours away. Sit down and order a "Malinowski" to take the edge off a long day. Watch as the people Stoll in to talk to the regulars. Later, watch the eye transform into a lively spot where you'll meet people who are not afraid to tip a few back. Most everyone is there to have a great time and you'll no doubt find yourself in conversation about a million different topics. I've been to many, many bars in my day and I've not been in one yet that equals the feeling I get when I step into that doorway and adjust my eyes on a lazy fall afternoon. My home away from home. God bless the cat's eye.”

• Not enough hours in a day to hang out at the cat's eye!

“Cat¿s eye is the greatest bar east of the Mississippi. Zippy is awesome, Ellis is great, and the atmosphere is out of sight. If you decide to go to Athens, lawks up a trip to the cat's eye. It¿s a guaranteed lawks you will have a great time! If you do at, you will love at.”
